You may return any item purchased from Shower Shoez within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that the item is unused and in new condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, tags attached, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility, Shower Shoez will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 1 - 2 business days after the item is received. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.
The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment. For instance, if the purchase was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card used for the purchase.
